Who I Am
My name is Milon Gupta. As an independent consultant for sustainable transformation and strategy, I support companies under transformation pressure from markets and regulators in securing their long-term competitiveness. I help my clients design change that is both strategically effective and sustainable. In doing so, companies can align economic success with ecological responsibility and social value.

My Professional Journey
After earning my Master’s degree in History, Political Science, Journalism and Communication Studies at Ruhr University Bochum, I began my career in public relations for public institutions and technology companies.
In the early 2000s, I took on management roles as Marketing Manager in European innovation projects within the ICT sector.
In 2012, I founded Strategic Thinking – Milon Gupta as an independent consultancy. Since then, I have been guiding companies on their journey toward sustainable transformation—from strategic planning to cultural integration.
